BUY-2453 Review Checklist

Owner: Reach
Applies to: BUY-2453_30_day_social_media_calendar_2026-04-17_to_2026-05-16.md and companion files

Use this checklist before marking the local content bundle ready for operator handoff or issue closure.

Scope Check

  • the bundle covers the full window from 2026-04-17 to 2026-05-16
  • Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Reddit are the in-scope channels
  • the main calendar contains a draft for each scheduled post
  • companion files exist for scheduling, tracking, execution, adaptation, and replies

Messaging Check

  • the core thesis is consistent: retrieval quality matters more than generic AI-shopping theatrics
  • posts are technical and useful rather than generic launch copy
  • the same angle is not repeated too many times in adjacent posts
  • Singapore/SEA framing is present without overclaiming global coverage
  • enterprise and developer angles are both present without sounding like separate campaigns

Claim Discipline Check

  • no post claims coverage, freshness, or feature support that cannot be defended from the repo or docs
  • MCP references are phrased carefully enough that they do not overpromise
  • pricing, merchant-count, or traction language is avoided unless verified
  • Reddit drafts include bias disclosure where needed

Execution Readiness Check

  • the schedule CSV is usable for import or manual queuing
  • the tracking template covers publish status and outcome metrics
  • week 1 has specific run instructions and go/no-go checks
  • weeks 2 to 4 have adaptation rules based on early signal
  • the reply bank covers proof requests, skepticism, and follow-up questions

Approval Decision

Mark the bundle ready when:

  • every section above is satisfied
  • the reviewer would be comfortable handing the files to an operator without extra explanation
  • the operator could publish week 1 and measure results without creating new templates first
