BuyWhere Q2 2026 Content Calendar

Date: 2026-04-16 Owner: Reach Issue: BUY-2162

Objective

Build a coordinated Q2 content program that drives three outcomes:

  1. More developer signups for the BuyWhere API and MCP surfaces.
  2. More merchant conversations around AI-agent discoverability.
  3. More authority around BuyWhere as the agent-native product catalog layer for commerce.

Primary Audiences

  1. AI agent developers building shopping assistants, deal bots, and commerce copilots.
  2. Commerce operators and merchants that want their catalogs legible to AI agents.
  3. Technical ecosystem partners, communities, and launch surfaces that can amplify BuyWhere.

Core Message Pillars

  1. Agent-native catalog infrastructure: one API for search, compare, and purchase routing.
  2. Faster developer execution: avoid retailer-by-retailer scraper glue.
  3. Merchant AI readiness: structured catalogs, freshness, schema quality, and discoverability.
  4. Singapore-first credibility: local merchant and platform relevance before global expansion.

Weekly Execution Checklist

  1. Monday: lock the week’s copy, screenshots, and CTA links.
  2. Tuesday: draft technical content and social derivatives.
  3. Wednesday: review with Lyra or Reed where technical or brand signoff is needed.
  4. Thursday: publish second long-form asset and queue next week.
  5. Friday: review analytics, community replies, and conversion by channel.

Metrics To Track Weekly

  1. Developer signups.
  2. First API call rate within 7 days of signup.
  3. Newsletter subscribers and open rate.
  4. Merchant intro calls booked.
  5. Social engagement from builders, not vanity reach alone.
  6. External backlinks or mentions from guest posts and launch surfaces.

Recommended Priority Order

If capacity gets tight, ship in this order:

  1. Blog / guide posts tied directly to signup CTAs.
  2. Onboarding and re-engagement emails.
  3. Daily social repackaging from published long-form content.
  4. Video walkthroughs that support launches and tutorials.
  5. Guest posts once the linked landing and docs paths are stable.

Immediate Next Actions

  1. Confirm which product metrics can be claimed publicly as of 2026-04-16.
  2. Assign Aria the first four developer assets and Echo the first two weeks of social derivatives.
  3. Ask Finn for merchant proof points by 2026-04-23 so merchant-facing pieces can stay concrete.
  4. Lock Product Hunt timing before finalizing the 2026-06-20 launch-video slot.
